How to Book

Booking Halls and Rooms at the Community Centre could not be easier.

Step 1

Check what size of room you need - and whether the hire rate is within your budget! Remember to give yourself enough time to set up and clear away.  You get a free 30 minutes setting up and a free 30 minutes clearing up period immediately before and after your hire.

Step 2
Check the calendars on the What's On page to see the hall/room is available.  To confirm telephone us on 01327 844753.  This is an answering service - we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Step 3
Open, print and complete one of the following booking forms, depending on whether you want the venue for a one-off event (OCCASIONAL BOOKING - DAYTIME OR EVENING) or for multiple events (REGULAR BOOKING).

If you intend to supply alcohol, screen films or use security at the door you must nominate a Responsible Person who must sign this form to comply with Licensing Regulations.

If you sell alcohol you must make use of our licence - see Hire Rates and on the Booking Form.
